The reason it's not just ‘utils.h’ is because Pino is worried that we might pick up /usr/include/utils.h from a rogue library.
This directory contains miscellaneous utilities for profiling and testing libguestfs. For more information see guestfs-performance(1). For libguestfs tools you should look in the specific tool directories such as cat/, df/, etc. For an overview of libguestfs directories, see guestfs-hacking(1).
