Laszlo Ersek 39a5bb6fda tests: rename "luks" to "lvm-on-luks" ...

Clarify that our current usage of "luks" stands for "lvm-on-luks" (IOW,
that the decrypted LUKS devices are Physical Volumes for LVM).
