Concatenate six small modules containing Unix/POSIX library call
bindings into a single module called Unix_utils.

The previous modules and the library functions bound were:

 - Dev_t:   makedev(3), major(3), minor(3)
 - Exit:    _exit(2)
 - Fnmatch: fnmatch(3)
 - Fsync:   sync(2)
 - Mkdtemp: mkdtemp(3)
 - StatVFS: statvfs(2)
