On baremetal you can build and customize a new guest in under 2
minutes. For example:
$ virt-builder fedora-19 \
--root-password password:test \
--install minicom \
--firstboot-command 'yum -y update' \
--firstboot-command 'useradd -m -p "" rjones ; chage -d 0 rjones'
[ 0.0] Downloading: file:///home/rjones/d/libguestfs/builder/website/fedora-19.xz
