Pino Toscano ff0a622a6f tests: fix --format in virt-customize ...

Only in very recent OCaml versions (or in Fedora) the Arg module
supports the --foo=bar syntax for options with arguments.  Do not
require it yet.

Fixes commit 64bb9edd52.
