The yara_scan API parses the file generated by the daemon counterpart function and returns the list of yara_detection structs to the user. It writes the daemon's command output on a temporary file and parses it, deserialising the XDR formatted yara_detection structs. This directory contains miscellaneous manual pages which don't fit elsewhere. Most libguestfs documentation is in manual pages. The source for those manual pages are POD files (*.pod), and they are normally located next to the source files they relate to (eg. guestfish documentation is in fish/guestfish.pod).
