Richard W.M. Jones fa83b47876 test-data: Use ./run script to run 'guestfish disk-create'. ...

Commit 74ded0dbc1 changes existing calls
to truncate to run 'guestfisk disk-create' instead.  However this
fails if guestfish has not been installed.  By using the ./run script,
we can use the just-built guestfish instead.
