docs: Various fixes to bugs-in-changelog.sh

This script is used to prepare the list of fixed bugs for release
notes.  This commit contains miscellaneous fixes:

 - Recognise other bug formats such as direct links.

 - Ensure user is logged in so that BZ API doesn't silently truncate
   results.
