Update packagelist for SLES and openSUSE

Browse Source 
SUSE Linux Entreprise Server doesn't have dhcpcd and the hivex package
is not in the default repositories. Better use dhcp-client and
libhivex0.

openSUSE needs ntfs-3g and ntfsprogs packages.
