These binaries are not meant to be run, they are purely data files used for testing. Remove the +x attribute to prevent accidentally running them. However to avoid breaking the phony guests, we need to chmod +x the files when we upload them into those guests. (cherry picked from commit574a87f889) (cherry picked from commit8cd31e58fd)
