Richard W.M. Jones 5200e51719 generator: daemon: Remove fail_stmt parameter from *RESOLVE* macros.
As a simple consequence of the previous commit, every instance of the
‘fail_stmt’ parameter to one of the following macros:

  RESOLVE_DEVICE
  RESOLVE_MOUNTABLE
  REQUIRE_ROOT_OR_RESOLVE_DEVICE
  REQUIRE_ROOT_OR_RESOLVE_MOUNTABLE

is now ‘return’ and therefore we can replace it in the macro and drop
the parameter completely.
