Richard W.M. Jones 733d2182b6 Remove the tools. 
These have now moved to a new repository.  Provisionally it is here:

https://github.com/rwmjones/guestfs-tools/

but this is not the final location, as it will eventually be hosted on
gitlab.com.

The tarballs are here:
