On older GCC:

cc1: all warnings being treated as errors
make[3]: *** [Makefile:2039: guestfsd-debug.o] Error 1

The upstream bug (https://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=99193)
has now been fixed so the workaround is not necessary with the latest
GCC, so just delete the workaround.
